PST BROKERS

Design - office space project for the PST Brokers company, Rivne

Preface:

A functionally organized work space has a positive effect on our psychological and physical state. Sufficient light in it, places for various tasks, rest, and whether it is comfortable to be there - all this is responsible for the efficiency of work. On average, we work 40 hours a week, and spend most of our time in the office. The technical task from the customer was to create a convenient, efficient and stylish office, without excessive load. It was important to: functionally zone the premises for employees and develop the most comfortable space.

Therefore, the first and main task of designers is to find out the specifics of the organization of the future office, even before starting the direct design. Namely:
- the company's activities, scope, specifics of work, needs of specific employees.
- analysis of the room, its features and limitations. Locations of communication connections, placement of air conditioners, washing machines and recuperation units, functional zoning of offices , as well as the general condition of the premises before the project development.

Our customers are the company http://pstukraine.com/
"Progress Speditions Trans Ukraine" is a Ukrainian-Czech enterprise that provides customs brokerage services at international automobile checkpoints across the state border of Ukraine.
And also ensures control over the carrier's fulfillment of the obligations of the contract for the delivery of goods, until the completion of the relevant customs procedure.

The premises on the first floor were rented out for commerce. After visiting the site, we decided that the future office did not need additional architectural solutions, except for the relocation of the entrance, installation of air conditioners for cooling and prana (an external hole made in the wall) for air filtration.

Description of the space:

The developer leased this space as an open area without internal partitions and thereby did not limit further planning and zoning. This allowed us to visually divide the premises into: an entrance area with an administrator - a waiting area, and 7 areas of personal offices for teams and the director. And also: kitchen, corridor and bathroom in public access. Thanks to the fact that we abandoned internal walls and made partitions from glass structures, we managed to increase the area for workplaces. Placing desks near windows became a priority in order to maximize the use of natural light. The scheme of offices is the same for all: 3-6 workplaces for employees, shelves for storing documentation and personal belongings. Total area: 152.54 m2. Now we only had to decide on the visual style of the office.

Description of the space:
Lighting schemes, zoning and visual style:

The working areas are illuminated with thin movable lamps, the main light is vikonan with additional contour Led squares Armstrong, to maximize the illumination of the premises in the dark time to finish. White light for contrast, yellow for atmosphere. They clearly crossed the walls, blocking all communications and brightly speaking.
Solutions with glassy constructions are an efficient way of organizing space. The partition of the building warehouse is not just evenly spreading the light in the premises, but also transforming the space itself into an open space, visually expanding the inter-rooms. Such partitions can create a friendly atmosphere for any team.
Most of the stone walls were filled with mourning without ordering, so that the whole natural stone was turned into a black color. To reinforce the decorative effect of vicoristan Led backlight. Reshta walls together with windows and all furnished furniture are ordered by one type of chipboard panel.

One of the interesting solutions in the interior are the letters placed in the waiting area next to the reception. Our masters cut them out of a sheet of metal, polished them and attached them to the brackets on the artificially made brick wall. The idea was to make them not just a decorative element, but functional and interactive. The letters are a "fillword" type puzzle, where you need to connect words from letters that are located next to each other on a rectangular playing field. Thus, you can spend your time with interest, solving it and looking for different words related to the company while you wait for your meeting.

Kitchen and bathroom:

A block of kitchen-bathroom subdivisions on two different zones for a rahunok of different types of order. We saw a part of the kitchen behind the eye of an accent green color. For this purpose, the walls were prepared near the vіdpovіdny vіdtinok, the tiles were chosen to match the color of the facades of the kitchen.
We didn’t see the sanitary unit zone, but continued the grand style of the office, sheathing it with chipboard slabs.
All the necessary household appliances: a dishwasher, a micro-hvilovka, a refrigerator, away from the cupboards, to save the space and functionality of the kitchen.
The lamps behind the desk and the main light show off at the savage style of the office. Behind the corner, the kitchen block is far away integrated into the middle of the office we have created.
