The team had a task: to design and implement an individual house, taking into account the existing foundation.
We worked on site planning, house architecture and interior design. The main priority was to create a functional
and a comfortable space for its users, which will fit organically into the environment of low-rise buildings and will be its harmonious continuation.
This was based on an architectural style called "BarnHouse", which was very popular with customers.

Architecture

We decided to emphasize the laconic form of the classic "BarnHouse" with a contrasting, rough finish made of natural materials.
To do this, we used natural stone, painted black and a wooden board, part of which was artificially brushed and fired in order to fit into the overall color scheme.
The gable roof is made of a rebate roof in anthracite color. Aluminum windows and doors are made in the same color.
We also used metal inserts, in tune with the roof, along the contour of the window openings and on the end walls, in order to frame the building and level the joints of neighboring materials.
Thus, the dark color flows smoothly from the rebate roof to the side walls of burnt board and natural stone, which in turn creates a holistic and complete image of the house.

Interior

We divided the extended space into two blocks: public, for spending time together and private, with bedrooms, bathroom and dressing room.
Entering the house, we find ourselves in the hallway. Transparent front doors and mirrored surfaces visually expand the space of the hallway. On the left is a small one
storage system, for current clothing and footwear this season. On the right side, behind the sliding system is a full wardrobe for the rest of the clothes.
Going further, we find ourselves in a large kitchen-living room where the most noticeable and accentuating element is the "cube" lined with chipboard, which hides almost all the equipment.
Combine, blender, multicooker, coffee machine, oven with microwave, as well as refrigerator, all these devices are conveniently located in the so-called "cube".
The only elements left open are the hob, the exhaust system and the washbasin.

Kitchen-living room

The central element of the kitchen is the ‘island’ - the dining table. Its main design is cabinets with drawers for storage and a wine bar.
And "G" similar table-top which leans against a part of a working zone, thanks to a through gleam, can be used as a table with landing on both parties.
A corner sofa, a pouf in dark upholstery and a TV set on a cube form a seating area, and the right choice of furniture and curtains allows you to immerse yourself even better in the cozy atmosphere of the living room.
Thanks to the panoramic windows, there is always enough natural light in the house, so we have designed not so many artificial light sources, all of them are clearly designed for the life of customers.

Private block

Through the door of the hidden installation from the living room, we enter the private space of the hosts. which consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom and a wardrobe.
On the left side of the corridor there is a dressing room and a bathroom, which in turn are a constructive part of our "cube" and form a mezzanine to which we will return a little later.
The walls of the bathroom are painted, porcelain is laid in the wet areas, and the ceiling is made of decorative rails with lighting. The wardrobe is completed with wardrobes for storage of individual production.
To the right of the corridor we enter the bedroom: two children's and one parent's. All rooms of similar layout and configuration: bed, wardrobe, mirror, TV,
the children's girl has a boudoir table, the parent's has a folding desk.

And finally, the solution to our "cube". One of the panels of the chipboard cladding is a hidden door leading to the stairs to the mezzanine and the lounge area.
Stairs - wooden, type "goose step". Glass railings, without profiles and frames. The walls and ceiling of the lounge area are painted black. All furniture is dark,
and on the floor there is a soft black carpet, which makes this room as comfortable as possible and probably the most atmospheric in the whole house.
Due to the fact that this area is clearly separated from the first floor, you can comfortably hold a business or friendly meeting or just be alone and relax with a glass of "Macallan".
